Business identity and acceptance

ITS INFRA INDIA is a partnership with GSTIN 33AALFI7872D1Z8 and principal place of business at Building No. 155, SIPCOT Road, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Narasingapuram, Ranipet District, Tamil Nadu 632403.

By using this website, accepting a quote or order, or making a payment against an accepted order, you agree to the terms that apply to that activity. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Services and products

ITS INFRA INDIA offers scoped compute capacity, infrastructure procurement and data-centre planning or delivery. The website gives general information and does not promise a standing hardware model, capacity, compatibility, price, delivery date, warranty, certification or service level.

The accepted quote, order confirmation, invoice, statement of work or service schedule identifies the product or service, scope, price, taxes, timing, dependencies, acceptance criteria, support and any warranty. If a service-specific document conflicts with these website terms, the service-specific document governs that order.

Quotes, orders and prices

An enquiry is not an order. A quote is valid only for the period stated in it and may depend on availability, supplier pricing, site information or technical confirmation. An order becomes binding when ITS INFRA INDIA accepts it in writing or begins work with your written approval.

Prices and online payments on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR). The accepted quote or order shows the product or service price, GST, delivery, installation, licence, usage and every other applicable charge before payment.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate requirements, billing and delivery details, authorised contacts, site access, technical information and decisions needed for delivery. You are responsible for lawful use of the supplied products and services and for the licences and permissions needed for your software, content and data.

Keep access credentials secure. Do not use the website or a service to break the law, harm another person, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, overload systems or bypass an agreed usage limit.

Payment

Pay the amount and by the due date shown in the accepted commercial document. A payment does not accept an order that ITS INFRA INDIA has not otherwise confirmed. We may pause delivery for an overdue amount after giving notice where practical.

Payment processing is also governed by the Payment Terms published on this website. Never send a UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or complete payment credential to ITS INFRA INDIA.

Delivery, acceptance and changes

Delivery method, location, estimated timing and acceptance steps are stated in the order. Dates depend on the listed customer, supplier, site and payment conditions. A change to scope, quantity, configuration, location or timing may change the price and delivery date and must be agreed in writing.

Inspect physical goods promptly and perform the agreed service checks. Report a shortage, visible transit damage, wrong item or material service issue within the time stated in the Return and Replacement Policy or the order.

Cancellations, refunds and returns

Cancellation, refund and return rights are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy and the Return and Replacement Policy. Custom equipment, completed work, consumed compute, activated licences, reserved capacity and non-recoverable third-party commitments may not be refundable unless the accepted order or applicable law says otherwise.

Third-party products and warranties

Hardware, software, courier, cloud or other third-party components may be subject to their maker's or provider's terms and warranty. ITS INFRA INDIA will pass through applicable warranty information stated in the order but does not extend a third-party warranty unless it agrees to do so in writing.

Except for an express warranty in an accepted order and rights that law does not allow us to exclude, products and services are provided for the agreed scope without an implied promise that they fit an unstated purpose.

Intellectual property, confidential information and data

ITS INFRA INDIA and its licensors retain rights in the website, branding, methods, templates and pre-existing materials. You retain rights in material you lawfully provide. Deliverable ownership or licence terms are stated in the accepted order.

Each party must use the other party's confidential information only for the order and protect it with reasonable care. You remain responsible for appropriate backups unless backup is expressly included in the order. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend affected access or work where payment is overdue, use creates a security or legal risk, required customer inputs are missing, or the accepted order allows suspension. We will give notice where practical and explain what is needed to restore service.

Either party may terminate as allowed by the accepted order or applicable law. Amounts due for delivered work, consumed usage and non-cancellable commitments remain payable.

Liability

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data arising from website use or an order, except where applicable law does not allow that exclusion.

Where an accepted order does not state another limit, ITS INFRA INDIA's total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service. This limit does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, or another liability that applicable law does not permit a party to limit.

Complaints, disputes and governing law

First email info@itsinfraindia.com with the subject "Complaint" and the relevant quote, order, invoice or transaction reference. We will handle it under the Grievance and Support Policy. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve the dispute through written discussion.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute is not resolved, it is subject to the courts having jurisdiction over Ranipet, Tamil Nadu, unless applicable law gives the customer another forum. Nothing in these terms removes a mandatory consumer right.
