Shipping and Delivery Policy
Delivery information before payment
Before payment, every accepted quote or order states what will be delivered, the delivery or service location, and a maximum dispatch, service-start, completion or delivery date that applies to the purchase. It also states customer dependencies and acceptance steps. We do not request payment until this maximum date and the required customer inputs are recorded in the order.
Any delivery, freight, insurance, installation, travel or handling charge is shown in Indian Rupees before payment where it applies. There is no shipping charge for a service delivered fully online unless the order states a separate delivery cost.
Compute and digital service delivery
For compute capacity or another digital service, the order states the configuration, access method, service period, start conditions, usage limits and required customer inputs. Access details are provided to the authorised customer contact after the required payment, identity, security and technical checks are complete.
A start estimate can change if the requested capacity becomes unavailable, required software or licences are missing, payment is not confirmed, or the customer has not supplied a required input. We will give an updated estimate when this occurs.
Equipment shipping
Equipment may be delivered by courier, freight carrier, supplier delivery or an agreed project vehicle. The method depends on item size, value, destination, insurance and installation scope. Delivery is available only to a location confirmed in the accepted order.
When tracking is available, we send the carrier name and tracking or consignment reference to the authorised contact. Large, insured, direct-supplier or project deliveries may use scheduled status updates instead of public parcel tracking.
Delivery estimates and delays
Delivery dates are estimates until confirmed in the accepted order. Timing may be affected by stock, supplier allocation, configuration, testing, licence approval, payment, customer site readiness, carrier conditions, weather, government restrictions or events outside reasonable control.
If a material delay becomes known, we will tell the customer, state the cause where we can, and provide a revised estimate or available option. Cancellation and refund rights for an affected order are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
Site and project delivery
Data-centre and installation work follows the written project scope, schedule, access plan, safety requirements, customer dependencies, tests and handover criteria. A customer-caused delay or scope change may change the schedule and charges after written notice.
Delivery is complete when the agreed product, access, milestone or handover item is provided and the acceptance process in the order is met. Post-delivery support or a service level applies only where it is included in the order.
Inspection and delivery problems
Check the shipment count, package condition and item identity at delivery where practical. Record visible damage on the delivery receipt and take clear photographs before installation or use.
Report a missing, wrong or visibly damaged item to info@itsinfraindia.com within 7 calendar days after delivery. Include the order reference, delivery date, serial number where available, photographs and a description. The Return and Replacement Policy explains the available remedy.
