Billing entity and currency
ITS INFRA INDIA is the billing entity for payments initiated through this website. GSTIN: 33AALFI7872D1Z8. Principal place of business: Building No. 155, SIPCOT Road, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Narasingapuram, Ranipet District, Tamil Nadu 632403.
Prices, charges and online payments on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR). The accepted quote or invoice shows the product or service price, GST, delivery, installation, licence, usage and every other applicable charge before payment.
Amount and due date
The accepted quote, order confirmation, invoice or checkout page states the product or service, amount, taxes, payment schedule and due date. Check these details and the billing entity before paying.
Pay only through the payment link, checkout or bank instructions issued for the relevant order. If payment instructions change unexpectedly, stop and verify them by emailing the address on this page.
Online payment processing
Online payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout or in the accepted payment link. The provider may apply its own transaction, authentication, security and privacy terms. Your bank or payment provider decides whether to authorise a payment.
ITS INFRA INDIA does not ask for or store your UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or complete card credentials. Do not share them by email, phone or website enquiry.
Order confirmation and invoices
A successful payment does not by itself confirm acceptance of an order. ITS INFRA INDIA will issue or confirm the applicable order, invoice, receipt or service communication after it verifies the transaction and order details.
You must give accurate billing name, address, GSTIN and contact details. Ask for a correction promptly if an invoice contains an error.
Failed, pending or duplicate payments
If a payment shows failed or pending, check your bank or payment app before trying again. Do not make repeated payments while a transaction remains pending.
For a debit that is not confirmed against the order within 5 business days, email info@itsinfraindia.com with the transaction reference, date, amount and invoice or order reference. For a verified duplicate or excess payment, we will initiate the approved refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds and charge disputes
Refund eligibility and processing times are stated in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Refunds are sent to the original payment method unless the customer expressly agrees to another lawful method.
Before raising a charge dispute, email info@itsinfraindia.com so we can check the order and transaction. Include only the transaction reference and relevant commercial document. Do not send complete card or bank credentials.
